With mature managementsystem and strongcapabilities in technological development, this researchcenter focuses on  R&D in integration of eco-friendly,high-efficiency heat transfer and energy-saving components, equipment, andsystem. The center houses a team of engineers with formidable technologicaldevelopment capabilities and extensive industry experience and at the same timemaintains long-term collaborations with research institutions such as

Its overallobjective is to promote the technological innovations and comprehensivecapabilities of the industry and the industries related. Sticking to its founding mission of“InnovativeTechnologies & Globalised Services” and having been making great efforts tofulfill its commitment, WCE has been well recognized as one of the leadingsuppliers in the industry.

     Organizational Structure：

    The Director of Engineering Center reports to GeneralManager,  under the consultation,auxiliary decision-making, and guidance of a Technical Committee composed ofexpert advisors.

     Technical Committee of Engineering Center iscomposed of  senior technical personnel,partners as well as renowned experts from the scientificand business communities.. 

     The Director of thecenter is responsible for daily management, who is also the Chief TechnicalManager of WCE.

     TheEngineering Center comprises departments including the Chief Engineer's Office,Quality Center, and Research Institute.

     An efficient, reliable and flexible operation and management mechanism has established in the Engineering Center, faces the market relying on the high and new technologies, and strengthens the industrialization pace of technical developments and achievements to form a virtuous circle of "market-development-industrialization-market".
